Our Values in Action framework brings our values of Trust, Impact, Curiousity, Courage and Care into action. This guides how we show up, make decisions, support each other, and empower to act.

For example, in Value 1: Trust, we assume good intent, deliver on outcomes and lead with transparency. Flexibility, agency, and mutual respect are key.

This value has contributed to the co-design of our Flexible-by-Default policy through to our Client Experience Framework.

Well, hi there!

Thanks for checking out Empact Group.

I founded Empact Group because I want to do things differently.
I focus on learning from and uplifting the capability of those I'm in service of.
 
Consulting doesn't have to be stale. It definitely doesn't need to be gatekept. And it should never take confidence or skills from the clients it supports.
 
I believe in co-designing and delivering together so your solution is built on what you care about, and is also more sustainable. I'm a public service nerd at heart, and know that if we can build more effective nation-shaping services, across sectors, then we're all going to be better off, aren't we!

Diversity of thought and experience brings richness and new insights, and I prioritise bringing on team members who offer something a little different to our partners. 
 
Along with my experience in executive roles within government and in local consulting firms, I am a big believer in life-long learning and you can trust that we will bring evidence-based good practice expertise to our engagements with you.
